By creating an account or using EquiliEat, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You can permanently delete your account at any time from the Data & Privacy section of the app.

EquiliEat may offer optional paid features ("Pro"). Where available, subscription pricing, billing frequency, and cancellation terms will be presented at the time of purchase and are managed through the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play), whose own terms and refund policies also apply. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time through your app store account settings.
EquiliEat's name, logo, design, and original software are owned by [OPERATOR LEGAL NAME] and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the app or its branding without permission. Nutrition and environmental data referenced within EquiliEat originate from the CIQUAL (ANSES) and AGRIBALYSE (ADEME) public datasets, and remain the property of their respective agencies.
You may stop using EquiliEat and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the service or other users.
EquiliEat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that nutrition/environmental scores will be perfectly accurate for every food item, as scoring depends on third-party reference data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EquiliEat and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any decisions made based on nutrition or environmental information it provides.
These terms are governed by the laws of [PROVINCE], Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by mandatory local consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in-app. Continued use of EquiliEat after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
